YCS, CPAWS Yukon, the First Nations of Na-Cho Nyäk Dün, Trondëk Hwëch'in, Vuntut Gwitchin, The Gwich'in Tribal Council, and Teet'lit Gwichin are hosting a celebration Friday September 27th. In Whitehorse we will celebrate the incredible achievement of the completion of the Peel Land Use Plan.

Everyone is welcome and we hope that many people will be able to join in on the food, music and dancing!

The event will take place at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre, and the schedule will be as follows:


1:00 - 5:00pm Sharing Circle

5:30 - 7:00pm seating, mingling and dinner (stew and bannock)

7:00pm onwards, music, speeches and dancing!
